Summer Days

I love the summer! I took the kids to the play area at the Santan Mall. Here are a few pics.

For some reason this reminds me of Alice in Wonderland...?

Weeee!

Watch your head buddy!

Cheese!

Playing in the backyard again...

Love to see them play together. Robert is always looking out for his little brother and always talks about how much he loves him.

Ready... Set... Gooooo! He loves it when I do that...

Ryan is the perfect escape artist. He can climb up the gate, up our table. He's very clever. If he cant reach something he will go get the chair and move the chair where he can climb up and get what ever he wants....

I'm too sexy for my shirt...

Can you guess what Ryan is doing to his brother here? He's blowing air on his stomach and making farting noises... lol. He would always do that to me and I think it's hilarious but I dont like him slobbering all over my stomach! Well Ryan found his new victim... ha ha!

I'm amazed at how much Robert is learning and how fast he picks things up. He surprised me when he wrote this word, apparently he saw it on TV and learned how to spell it all on his own. His writing is getting so good in such a short time and he's always wanting to learn how to spell things.

Little Roberts Completion Celebration

Yesterday I went to Robert's classroom for his completion celebration. Today is his last day! I feel like he just started and is already off and I'm wondering what the heck I'm going to do to entertain him this summer! lol...

Here he is with his teacher, Mrs. Utley proudly holding his certificate.

I got to see him in action doing several of their everyday routines (notice the little girl he's sitting next to? That's his girlfriend Rachel... He was just hugging her and being so affectionate with her all the time!)

Here he is with Rachel again. Good thing Rachel's mom and I exchanged numbers so they can play in the summer. His teacher tells me Robert gets mad if she doesnt sit him next to Rachel! And a few days ago he wanted me to teach him how to spell her name!?!?! I dont know about this...

Mmmmmm... and of course the cookies. We have to have cookies everytime we celebrate!

Timothy's Birthday!

Yesterday was my nephew Timothy's 6th birthday! We celebrated his birthday at Peter Piper, just the closest relatives. I remember when Timothy was just a newborn, he was born prematurely and was sooooo tiny! Now he is such a big boy and as healthy as can be. He has the longest eyelashes and I still have trouble convincing him to give them to me! LOL... Here are a few pictures from his birthday!

Yummy chocolate cake!

Make a wish!

New Pictures for Mothers day!

I took the kids to get their pictures taken over the weekend. I LOVED them! They were only able to get 2 shots because Ryan was crying afterwards, but I love these!

I framed them in an 8x10 and gave it to my mother in law and I made her paper flowers with pictures of the kids in the center of each flower. Little Robert helped me to bedazzle the vase and it came out really nice, she loved it!

Here's Ryan with his mohawk

Robert was not able to come home for mothers day so we agreed to celebrate it together next weekend.

Robert's Style Show 5/8/08

Well I went to little Robert's classroom yesterday to see him styling away in daddy's big clothes and he was so adorable. All his little classmates looked so cute in their parents big clothes, I wish I would have video recorded it! But at least I have these pictures.

Here's where his teacher Mrs. Utley introduced Robert to all the parents.

They had the kids stand in line and serve the parents juice and cookies. How sweet! Only that he ate my cookie but that's ok! LOL...

I tried to get a picture with the boys, but Ryan had other plans...

Robert look at the camera!

Here is Robert with his teacher Mrs. Utley on the left and assistant teacher Mrs. Sue (Robert used to call her Mrs. Soup it was pretty funny!)

Robert with his favorite classmate, Rachel. I saw them holding hands and running together outside in the grass... hmmm...

Here I am posing with my mothers day gift, a hand painted paper hat made with tons of love from my little man, Robert. He also gave me a CD case with a picture of himself (he drew his body like a little snowman it was really cute!)

I think Ryan was upset because he couldnt reach the pedals...

Here's Robert with his little neighbor friend Caitlyn. Very cute and sweet little girl.

I had a wonderful long weekend with Robert and the kids. He came home on Thursday and left Sunday morning.

I LOVE this picture of Robert and Ryan cheek to cheek. He was really tired and just wanted daddy.

Here is Ryan with his grandma (Robert's Mom)on Sunday after Robert left. I spent the whole day there at my in-laws.

Ryan just wanted to lay down in the grass, it was so funny. We placed a blanket on the grass but he didnt want it, he preffered the grass.

The boys with their massive Jamba Juice, they love the stuff.

Friday we took the boys to the play area at Superstitions Mall and they had lots of fun. There were soooo many kids there!

Saturday we went to a birthday party for little Roberts classmate at Amazing Jakes. They had tons of fun there.

It was so funny to watch little Robert with the birthday boy on this ride. He was screaming and loving every minute on the ride.

Ryan and Amazing Jakes in the toddler section.

Ryan riding daddy like a horse

We finally went to go see the puppies at Rachel and Bills house and they were so adorable. Ryan was playing too rough so I had to be careful with him.

Little Robert loved the puppies and wanted to take one home.

Here's one of the puppies snooping in my purse trying to chew it down. They were so adorable! The kids and we were having so much fun UNTIL...

Ryan found the poop. Yup that isnt mud all over his hands and clothes!!! Needless to say I stripped the poor kid washed his hands and went home for a bath. We were probably there for like 10 minutes max when this happened. But it was fun while it lasted! LOL...
